| We repair most problems according to our flat-rate schedule. However, some items will require an estimate; we will notify you if that is the case. Please always provide us with accurate contact information when you bring or send us equipment to repair. |
| If you live outside the Los Angeles area, you may ship us your broken equipment for estimate or repair. Customer must cover costs for return shipping. |

Q. How do I get my camera to MPC?
Submitting your camera is easy , ship your camera to MPC , make sure it is insured , upon request , we can arrange to have the camera picked up. (call tag) |

Q. How long does it take for a repair to be completed?
The usual time is 10 working days from point of approval. Exceptions may occur due to availibility of parts. Repairs during the holiday seasons may take longer. |

Q. What is the MPC warranty for a repair?
The warranty for repairs, 3 months for digital, 6 months for film. |

Q. What is included with the repair?
All units are cleaned, adjusted, and tested to good working order. |

Q. How long does it take to get an estimate?
Usually 5 to 10 working days from time of arrival , estimates can be called or emailed upon your request. |

Q. Does MPC repair all equipment such as film, digital, and accessories?
We have been a repair facility since 1946, we are able to repair almost anything, although all equipment
must be seen and evaluated. |

Q. When should equipment be replaced rather than be repaired?
Repair costs at times may approch the same value as used equipment. If you choose to service your equipment, you can be confident that the unit will be returned in good working order instead of purchasing a camera with an unknown history.
